These terms apply to purchases on cords.com (including subdomains) and form the agreement between you and Cords Sweden AB (“Cords”).

2. Orders & contract
A contract is formed when you complete checkout. We may cancel an order before dispatch in case of obvious pricing errors, suspected fraud, or similar irregularities (we will contact you by email).

3. Prices & payment
Prices may change without notice. Promotions apply during the stated period. Payment is processed via our integrated payment providers.

4. Availability, content & errors
We strive for accurate descriptions, images, and pricing, but errors may occur. We reserve the right to correct errors and update information. Access to the site may be temporarily interrupted.

5. Resale restriction
Products purchased on cords.com are for personal use only and not for resale. We may decline orders that breach this policy.

6. Intellectual property
All content (design, text, images, trademarks, etc.) is owned by or licensed to Cords Sweden AB. Cords® is a registered trademark. Content may not be used without permission.

7. Links & cookies
The site may contain links to third-party websites that we do not control. We use cookies to improve your experience (see Privacy Policy).

We aim to display colors accurately, but variations may occur between displays.

9. Limitation of liability
We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Nothing in these terms limits your mandatory statutory rights.

Our obligations may be suspended for events outside our reasonable control (e.g., regulatory actions, strikes, power/Internet outages).

11. Governing law & disputes
These terms are governed by Swedish law. Disputes are resolved by Swedish courts.
