Refund Policy
This Refund Policy explains when refunds are issued and how the refund process works.
When refunds are issued
Refunds are issued depending on the situation:
1) Change-of-mind returns
Refunds are issued once the returned product is received and approved according to our Returns Policy. The return fee is deducted.
Return fee
For change-of-mind returns, a return handling fee is deducted from your refund (Sweden: 100 SEK, Norway: 150 NOK, EU: €10, Greece: €15). See our Returns Policy for full details.
2) Wrong item received
If we shipped the wrong item, we will issue a replacement or a full refund. No return fee applies.
3) Damaged on arrival
If your item arrives damaged, contact hello@cords.com with photos. Refunds are issued after confirmation and, when required, after the item is received and inspected.
4) Faulty product / manufacturing defect
If a defect is confirmed, we will offer a replacement or refund. Refund timing depends on whether the item needs to be returned for inspection.
5) Shipment lost / product never arrived
If your order does not arrive within a reasonable timeframe, contact hello@cords.com. If confirmed lost, a refund or replacement will be issued.
Refund timing
Refunds are issued after the returned item(s) have been received and approved at our warehouse, unless a return is not required (for example, if a shipment is confirmed lost or we instruct you otherwise). Once approved, the refund is issued to the original payment method. Please allow 1–3 banking days for the funds to appear in your account after we have processed the refund.
How to request a refund

Buy Now, Pay Later (Klarna)
If you paid using Klarna or similar services, the refund is issued back to that payment method and may follow the provider’s processing timelines.
