Return policy

At Cords, we want you to feel confident when purchasing our products. This Returns Policy explains when and how you can return an item. This Returns Policy applies to purchases made from www.cords.com and is provided by Cords Sweden AB (“Cords”, “we”, “us”).

Right of Withdrawal (EU Consumers)

If you are a consumer residing in the European Union, you have a statutory right of withdrawal.

You may withdraw from your purchase within 14 days from the day you received your order, without providing any reason.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us within this period by contacting hello@cords.com or initiating a return via our return portal.

Return window

In addition to your statutory rights, we offer a 30-day return period from the date of delivery.

Return conditions (change-of-mind / standard returns)

We accept returns if:

• The return is registered within 30 days of delivery

• The product is unused, in perfect condition, and returned in its complete and undamaged original packaging

• The return is shipped without delay and arrives at our warehouse within 30 days from the date the return was registered

If a return does not meet these requirements, the product will be sent back to your original delivery address at your expense.

How to register a return (Return Portal)

1. Use the return link in your shipping confirmation email — it takes you directly to the Cords return portal.

2. If you can’t find the email: go to cords.com, log in, open your order, and access the return portal from there.

3. Depending on the carrier, you will receive either:

   • a QR code (paperless return), or

   • printable return labels, with drop-off instructions.

Damaged, defective, or wrong item

If your item is:

• damaged on arrival,

• defective, or

• the wrong item was delivered,

please email hello@cords.com with your order number, a short description, and photos. We will guide you and confirm next steps.

Return fee (deducted from refund)

A return handling fee is charged per return shipment and is deducted from your refund (unless the return is due to our error, e.g., wrong item delivered or a confirmed defect where we cover return costs):

• Sweden: 100 SEK

• Norway: 150 NOK

• EU: €10

• Greece: €15
