We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase and goods from Cords.
Therefore, you always have the right of withdrawal for a full refund or exchange
within 30 days of purchase.

We accept returns if:

  • You return the products within 30 days from the day you receive them.
  • The product is unused and in perfect condition.
  • The product is packed in its complete and undamaged original packaging.
  • The return is sent without delay and arrive at the Cords warehouse within 30
    days from the date the return was registered.

If the return does not meet the above requirements, the product will be sent back to your original order address at your expense.

How to return a product:

  • Please use the link in the shipping confirmation email you received – this
    takes you directly to the Cords return portal where you can register your
    return.
  • If you don´t find the email, please access cords.com. In the top right corner,
    you can log in and find the actual order where the same link to the Cords
    return portal is provided.
  • Depending on the freight carrier, you will either receive a QR code or a
    similar digital reference with instructions that you bring with the product to
    the correct drop-off point.
  • If the freight carrier does not support paperless returns, you will receive
    return labels with instructions that you can print and bring with the products
    to the correct drop-off point.

Refund

  • Approved returns that meet all requirements will be processed promptly by
    the Cords returns department. Once we have processed your return at our
    warehouse it will take 1-3 bank days until you have the money on your account.
  • If you have paid by card or bank transfer, the money will be refunded to the
    account that was debited at the time of purchase.
  • The customer is responsible for the return shipping cost and Cords will deduct:

    • Sweden: 100 SEK from your refund amount
    • Norway: 150 NOK from your refund amount
    • Cyprus: 15 EUR from your refund amount
    • Greece: 15 EUR from your refund amount
    • Malta: 15 EUR from your refund amount
    • EU (excluding SE & NO): €10 from your refund amount

     

Defective item: If your product for whatever reason is defect and does not work
properly, please email us at hello@cords.com with your order number, a
description, and photos – we will do our outmost to fix the issue.
