Shipping policy

We currently ship to the following countries:

Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Czechia, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden.

Order Handling & Delivery

We ship from Sweden. We process and dispatch orders within 1-3 business days (Mon–Fri). Orders placed before 12:00 PM CET will begin processing and usually ships the same day. 

Estimated transit time (after dispatch):

• Sweden: typically 1-5 business days
• EU & Norway: typically 3-8 business days

Estimated total delivery time (order placed → delivered):

• Sweden: typically 2-8 business days
• EU & Norway: typically 4-11 business days

Carriers include Budbee, DHL & UPS (availability varies by country). Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking link.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs may depend on destination and carrier choice. Standard shipping rates are:

• Sweden: 49 SEK
• Norway: 99 NOK
• EU: €9.90

Free shipping thresholds:
Sweden: Free shipping on orders from 990 SEK.
Norway: Free shipping on orders from 990 NOK.
EU: Free shipping on orders from €99.

The final shipping cost and any free shipping eligibility are always shown at checkout.

Non-EU Countries (Norway only)

• Prices shown in our store for Norway include Norwegian VAT. Because we are VOEC registered, you will not be charged additional VAT or custom clearance fees upon delivery for orders under 3,000 NOK.

VAT, Duties & Taxes

• EU: Prices are shown including VAT and fees. No customs duties apply.
• Norway and other non-EU destinations: Import duties, VAT, or handling fees may apply and are paid by the recipient unless otherwise stated.

Failed Deliveries & Address Issues

If an order cannot be delivered due to an incorrect or incomplete address, or if the package is unclaimed, additional shipping charges may apply for reshipment.

Payments

All payments on Cords.com are processed through our integrated and globally trusted payment partners, such as: PayPal, Klarna, and Shopify Payments.
