Where we ship

Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Czechia, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain and Sweden.

When your order ships

We ship from Sweden. Orders placed before 12:00 Stockholm time on a working day ship the same day. Orders placed later, or at the weekend, ship the next working day. Public holidays can add a day.

Delivery time

Delivery takes 1–7 days from dispatch. Most orders arrive within 5 working days of dispatch. When your order ships, you get an email with a tracking link.

Carriers

Budbee, DHL and UPS, depending on your country. You choose the delivery option at checkout: parcel locker, service point or home delivery where available.

Delivery cost

• Sweden: 49 SEK, free from 990 SEK
• Norway: 99 NOK, free from 990 NOK
• EU: €4.90, free from €99

The final cost is always shown at checkout.

VAT and duties

• EU: prices include VAT. No customs duties apply. EU companies outside Sweden with a valid VAT number can remove VAT at checkout (reverse charge).
• Norway: prices include Norwegian VAT, which we collect at checkout under the VOEC scheme. Nothing more is due on delivery: no VAT, duty or customs fee.

Failed deliveries

If an order cannot be delivered because the address is wrong or incomplete, or the parcel is not collected, reshipping may cost extra.

Payment

The payment methods shown at checkout depend on your country: card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal, Klarna and local methods such as Swish and iDEAL.
